Licencja i zakup
1. Czy licencja jest na kilka rowerów?
Nie. Jedna licencja jest przeznaczona dla jednego silnika.
Po aktywacji kod zostaje przypisany do konkretnego silnika i nie może być wykorzystany do odblokowania kolejnego roweru.
Jeżeli posiadasz kilka rowerów, dla każdego z nich potrzebna jest osobna licencja.
2. Ile kosztuje licencja?
Jest to jednorazowy zakup kodu licencyjnego. Aktualna cena zawsze widoczna jest na karcie danego produktu w sklepie speedchipshop.shop.

3. Czy licencja jest bezterminowa?
Tak. Licencja jest bezterminowa.
Kod pozostaje przypisany do Twojego roweru na stałe. Nie ma miesięcznego abonamentu ani konieczności odnawiania licencji.
4. Czy można odinstalować i ponownie zainstalować licencję kilka razy?
Tak. Tuning możesz dezaktywować, a następnie ponownie aktywować na tym samym rowerze.
Wszystko wykonujesz ponownie przez przeglądarkę, używając tego samego sposobu połączenia z rowerem.
Nie musisz montować ani demontować żadnego fizycznego chipa. Jest to rozwiązanie programowe.
5. Gdzie znaleźć kod licencyjny?
Kod licencyjny otrzymujesz po zakupie wraz z wiadomością zawierającą instrukcję instalacji.
Klucz licencyjny znajduje się na dole wiadomości w 2 meilu (sprawdz SPAM)
Podczas aktywacji wpisz cały kod dokładnie w takiej formie, w jakiej został otrzymany, również z myślnikami.
Prędkość i konfiguracja
6. Rower nie osiąga zadanej prędkości. Dlaczego?
Sporadycznie niektóre konfiguracje mogą osiągać około 29–31 km/h mimo zastosowania wersji 32 km/h. Wynika to z konfiguracji systemowej danego roweru.
7. Czy prędkość pokazywana na displayu jest rzeczywista?
USA 32 km/h – Bosch Smart gen 4 - TAK
33-34 km/h – Bosch Smart - TAK
45 km/h – Bosch Smart Gen 4 - NIE.
45 km/h – Bosch Smart Gen 5- TAK
45 km/h – Bosch Gen 1-4- NIE
W konfiguracji 45 km/h gen 4 Smart aplikacja Bosch Flow może nadal pokazywać maksymalne ustawienie 33-4 km/h. Nie oznacza to, że konfiguracja 45 km/h jest nieaktywna, wręcz przeciwnie — sprawdź pomiar GPS.
W aplikacji Bosch eBike Flow można również regulować maksymalny poziom wspomagania w zakresie dostępnego ustawienia, standardowo od 25 do 33-34 km/h.
W przypadku konfiguracji 45 km/h aplikacja Bosch Flow może nadal pokazywać maksymalną wartość ustawienia 32 km/h. Nie oznacza to, że konfiguracja 45 km/h jest nieaktywna. Wręcz przeciwnie - działa- sprawdź pomiar na GPS
Kompatybilność BOSCH
8. Czy SpeedChip SOFT działa z BOSCH Generacji 5?
Tak. SpeedChip SOFT jest kompatybilny z BOSCH Smart System Gen 4 oraz Gen 5.
Wersje przeznaczone dla Smart System obsługują również najnowsze kompatybilne wersje oprogramowania BOSCH, w tym systemy z aktualizacją do 120 Nm.
Przed zakupem zawsze wybierz produkt przeznaczony dokładnie dla systemu znajdującego się w Twoim rowerze.
9. Czy można robić aktualizacje BOSCH po zainstalowaniu tuningu?
SpeedChip SOFT pracuje z aktualnymi wersjami oprogramowania BOSCH Smart System.
Nie zalecamy jednak wykonywania nowych aktualizacji systemu
10. Czy można nadal używać aplikacji Bosch eBike Flow?
Tak. Po aktywacji SpeedChip SOFT możesz nadal korzystać z aplikacji Bosch eBike Flow.
W wersji USA 33-4 km/h po wykonaniu tuningu przejdź do ustawień prędkości wspomagania w aplikacji Flow i ustaw maksymalną dostępną prędkość.
Domyślne ustawienie po instalacji może nadal wynosić 25 km/h.
Przy tuningu 45 km/h aplikacja Flow może pokazywać możliwość regulacji tylko do 32(3-4) km/h, mimo aktywnej konfiguracji 45 km/h.

25 km/h
Standardowe fabryczne ustawienie europejskiego roweru elektrycznego.
33-34 km/h USA ( sporadycznie 32 w wersji gen4)
Wartość może pojawiać się w określonych konfiguracjach systemowych. Dostępność zależy od konkretnego roweru i konfiguracji BOSCH.
45 km/h
Wybierz tę wersję, jeśli zależy Ci na wyższym limicie wspomagania silnika.

License and purchase
1. Can the license be used on several bikes?
No. One license is intended for one bike.
After activation, the code is assigned to a specific bike and cannot be used to unlock another bike.
If you have several bikes, a separate license is required for each one.
2. How much does the license cost?

This is a one-time purchase of a license code. The current price is always displayed on the relevant product page at speedchipshop.shop.

3. Is the license permanent?
Yes. The license is permanent.
The code remains permanently assigned to your bike. There is no monthly subscription and no need to renew the license.
4. Can the license be uninstalled and reinstalled several times?
Yes. You can deactivate the tuning and then reactivate it on the same bike.
Everything is done again through the browser using the same method of connecting to the bike.
You do not need to install or remove any physical chip. It is a software solution.
5. Where can I find the license code?
You receive the license code after purchase together with a message containing the installation instructions.
The license key is located at the bottom of the message in the 2nd email
During activation, enter the entire code exactly as received, including the hyphens.
Speed and configuration
6. Why does the bike not reach the selected speed?
Occasionally, some configurations may reach approximately 29–31 km/h despite using the 32 km/h version. This is due to the system configuration of the particular bike.
7. Is the speed shown on the display the actual speed?
USA 32 km/h version – YES - Bosch Smart
34 km/h version – YES - Bosch Smart (temporarily inactive)
45 km/h version – Bosch Smart Gen 4 - NO
45 km/h version – Bosch Smart Gen 5 - YES (temporarily inactive)
45 km/h version – Bosch Gen 2-4 - NO
In the Bosch eBike Flow app, you can also adjust the maximum assistance level within the available setting range, normally from 25 to 32 km/h.
With the 45 km/h configuration, the Bosch Flow app may still show a maximum setting value of 32 km/h. This does not mean that the 45 km/h configuration is inactive. Quite the opposite - it works - check the measurement with GPS
BOSCH compatibility
8. Does SpeedChip SOFT work with BOSCH Generation 5?
Yes. SpeedChip SOFT is compatible with BOSCH Smart System Gen 4 and Gen 5.
Versions designed for Smart System also support the latest compatible BOSCH software versions, including systems updated to 120 Nm.
Before purchasing, always select the product designed specifically for the system installed on your bike.
9. Can BOSCH updates be performed after installing the tuning?
SpeedChip SOFT works with current BOSCH Smart System software versions.
However, we do not recommend performing new system updates
10. Can I still use the Bosch eBike Flow app?
Yes. After activating SpeedChip SOFT, you can continue using the Bosch eBike Flow app.
With the USA 32 km/h version, after completing the tuning, go to the assistance speed settings in the Flow app and set the maximum available speed.
The default setting after installation may still be 25 km/h.
With the 45 km/h tuning, the Flow app may show adjustment only up to 32 km/h despite the active 45 km/h configuration.
11. 25 / 32 / 34 / 45 km/h – which speed should I choose?
25 km/h
Standard factory setting for a European electric bike.
32 km/h – USA
The most universal SpeedChip SOFT version. It maintains the actual speed reading, and in the Bosch eBike Flow app the assistance can be adjusted within the available range up to 32 km/h.
34 km/h
This value may appear in certain system configurations. Availability depends on the specific bike and BOSCH configuration.
45 km/h
Choose this version if you want a higher motor assistance limit.
Remember that 45 km/h means the maximum assistance limit,

Licence et achat
1. La licence peut-elle être utilisée sur plusieurs vélos ?
Non. Une licence est destinée à un seul vélo.
Après l'activation, le code est associé à un vélo spécifique et ne peut pas être utilisé pour débrider un autre vélo.

3. La licence est-elle permanente ?
Oui. La licence est permanente.
Le code reste associé de façon permanente à votre vélo. Il n'y a aucun abonnement mensuel ni nécessité de renouveler la licence.
4. Peut-on désinstaller et réinstaller la licence plusieurs fois ?
Oui. Vous pouvez désactiver le tuning puis le réactiver sur le même vélo.
L'ensemble de la procédure est effectué à nouveau via le navigateur, en utilisant la même méthode de connexion au vélo.
Vous n'avez pas besoin d'installer ou de retirer une puce physique. Il s'agit d'une solution logicielle.
5. Où trouver le code de licence ?
Vous recevez le code de licence après l'achat avec un message contenant les instructions d'installation.
La clé de licence se trouve en bas du message dans le 2e e-mail
Lors de l'activation, saisissez le code complet exactement sous la forme dans laquelle vous l'avez reçu, y compris les tirets.
Vitesse et configuration
6. Pourquoi le vélo n'atteint-il pas la vitesse sélectionnée ?
Occasionnellement, certaines configurations peuvent atteindre environ 29–31 km/h malgré l'utilisation de la version 32 km/h. Cela résulte de la configuration système du vélo concerné.
7. La vitesse affichée à l'écran est-elle réelle ?

Avec la version USA 32 km/h, après avoir effectué le tuning, accédez aux réglages de la vitesse d'assistance dans l'application Flow et sélectionnez la vitesse maximale disponible.
Le réglage par défaut après l'installation peut toujours être de 25 km/h.
Avec le tuning 45 km/h, l'application Flow peut afficher une possibilité de réglage uniquement jusqu'à 32 km/h malgré la configuration 45 km/h active.
11. 25 / 32 / 34 / 45 km/h – quelle vitesse choisir ?
25 km/h

32 km/h – USA
La version SpeedChip SOFT la plus universelle. Elle conserve l'affichage de la vitesse réelle et, dans l'application Bosch eBike Flow, l'assistance peut être réglée dans la plage disponible jusqu'à 32 km/h.
34 km/h
Cette valeur peut apparaître dans certaines configurations système. Sa disponibilité dépend du vélo concerné et de la configuration BOSCH.
45 km/h
Choisissez cette version si vous souhaitez une limite d'assistance moteur plus élevée.
